  I have had nothing but problems since trying to sell my father's house in Hobbs, NM. It has been a constant struggle to get anything done on time and within reason. I live out of state and was hoping that the process to sell my father's home wouldn't be this painful, but it would have been better had I sold it myself. The title company, Elliott and Waldron, are as bad, if not worse. My biggest complaint is that I'm still receiving tax bills for a property that I don't own, yet I've sold 5 other homes and haven't had this kind of mayhem. I'd highly recommend finding another realtor and another title company if you are in the unfortunate position to have to sell a house in Hobbs, NM and live elsewhere.
